Break-Fix

We offer three different levels of hardware servicing. We will work directly with the manufacturer to diagnose and fix faulty hardware components when issues arise.
Our service packages include the following:
Level 1: Preventative Maintenance
- Air dusting
- Visual LED inspection with photos.
- Stress test software with results.
- Software and driver updates.

Level 2: Hardware Replacements
(Includes Level 1 Package)
- Machine tear down with part testing.
- Identifying faulty parts within the system.
- Ordering replacements and installing new parts.
Level 3: Custom Builds
This includes any computer or server instance that needs to be custom built by NST in order to meet your specifications for what programs you are running.
